Built over about 10 years. Evenings, weekends, and vacations were spent on the construction. All aspects of construction were completed by myself with the exception of concrete foundation work, insulation, and drywall. I got expert help and advice often and learned a lot! I really enjoyed completing all the electrical and plumbing work and learning about radiant heat. The green roof had a lot of details that were not specified and needed to be figured out. A challenging project that taught me many skills.
